The Use of Transference and Countertransference in Couple Therapy (8 CE credits)
This seminar is part of the Postgraduate Program in Couple Therapy Seminar Series.
When couples have difficulty articulating their experiences due to high states of emotional pain and anxiety this information is often expressed through how they experience and influence us during the course of treatment. There are times when transference and countertransference are all we may have to guide us through a difficult phase in a couple’s treatment.
