Plan to discuss the various coping skills that can be used to manage stress, embrace successes, planning for assignments, and handling matters out of the classroom. The goal is to have students explore their own use of coping strategies, and explore new ideas to promote their own well being as emerging professionals. This program supports students who want to connect through academic tools and support.
