Spread the Love: Leave a Compliment

This passive, interactive board encourages residents to take civil responsibility for their community by contributing positive and respectful messages in a shared space. Residents are invited to write anonymous messages using prompts such as: “Thank someone who helps make our community better,” “Recognize an act of kindness or responsibility you’ve seen,” “Write something that promotes respect in our shared spaces,” or “Encourage someone who contributes to our campus/community.” Displayed in the lounge, the board allows residents to participate at their own pace while reinforcing accountability, kindness, and shared responsibility within the residential community.
