Take a break, stretch it out, and let our friendly goats help you find your zen! Join us on the Flagpole Lawn from 12–2 p.m. for Goat Yoga. Spots are first come, first served, so arrive early to grab your place.

What to Bring (and Not Bring):

Friends who are attending should bring their own yoga mats or towels. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing comfortable clothes and shoes to move around in. Be sure to wear a shirt that fully covers your back, since goat hooves can scratch a little. If you have long hair, put it up in a high bun or braids—the curious little goats sometimes like to nibble. 😅

Come ready to laugh, relax, and enjoy a unique yoga experience with some very cute classmates!
