Keith Fiveson a contemplative therapist will be hosting a practical, experiential session that teaches students how stress and trauma live in the body and how to regulate it in real time. Participants will learn simple tools using breath, movement, and attention to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and restore a sense of control.
No prior experience needed. You will leave with tools you can use the same day.
