Thomas Walmsley, CEM® is the Emergency Management Director for Bernilillo County, New Mexico. He is also the International Association of Emergency Managers 2024 Emergency Manager of the Year.
This is a chance to connect with Emergency Management leaders and innovators. Emergency Management graduate students and Emergency Service Administration undergraduates.
Open to all Adelphi University students, faculty, and staff. Please register in advance.
