Notes of Gratitude

Residents would meet in the first floor lounge and would create thank you cards for the staff that help keep up with the community. This would teach residents to think about the people that have helped shaped their experiences while living at Adelphi. This program would promote inclusivity and belonging as it would help residents write personal notes to Adelphi staff to show them how much they appreciate them.
