LCP: Leading Without a Title

Leadership isn’t defined by a position; it’s about the impact you make every day. This workshop will explore how you can influence, inspire, and take initiative in any setting, whether in class, with your peers, or across campus. You’ll leave with practical strategies and a fresh perspective on what it means to lead with confidence, regardless of having a title.
