Flames of Knowledge: Fire Safety in Res Hall A
Event Actions
This event will provide residents with essential knowledge on fire safety procedures, including evacuation protocols, the proper use of fire extinguishers, and how to stay safe during a fire emergency. Modeled after the “Smoke Out” training provided to Resident Assistants, this session is designed to give participants practical skills to respond confidently in fire-related situations.
The program will take place on February 19th at 4:00 PM in the first-floor lounge of Res Hall A. The session will emphasize the importance of understanding fire safety in residential spaces where fire alarms occur frequently. With support from Captain Berger, will create and distribute fire safety guides for residents to use as quick references.
