Balance Battle (Physical Wellness)
Two players stand on one leg facing each other.
They try to make the other lose balance and no touching allowed.
Last one standing wins that round.
Laugh Chain (Emotional Wellness)
Everyone sits in a circle. One person starts by faking a laugh.
The next person copies and adds their laugh.
Mindful Freeze (Mental Wellness)
Music plays (use a phone). When it stops, everyone freezes and takes a deep breath.
Anyone who moves during the “breathing time” is out. Last one standing wins.
