Mark Temkin is VP of Supply Chain at Radienz Living, a leading personal-care and cleaning products company with locations in Commack, NY and Mt Prospect, IL. He also serves as President of ASCM, the Association of Supply Chain Management, for New York City and Long Island, an educational nonprofit serving the local supply chain community. He recently published an article on S&OP in the Journal of Business Forecasting and regularly speaks on current supply chain topics.

Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence & Predictive Analytics at Catholic Health

Christina Hartnett is Senior Director of Artificial Intelligence & Predictive Analytics at Catholic Health, where she leads enterprise-wide initiatives in AI, automation, and data-driven transformation. She oversees the organization’s AI and automation roadmap, integrating predictive analytics, generative AI, and robotic process automation to improve patient care, streamline operations, and strengthen financial performance. Christina holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics, along with an advanced graduate certification in Data and Computational Science. She is passionate about advancing healthcare through technology-driven innovation.

Formerly at Colgate-Palmolive as Senior Director of External Innovation

Gary enjoyed a 30-year career at Colgate-Palmolive and recently left the company as Senior Director of External Innovation. Gary’s career began in process engineering and he took on increasing roles of responsibility in network operations, supply chain strategy, engineering, project management and most recently was focused on driving innovation through external startups including new products and services, manufacturing IOT technologies and sustainability. Gary’s work involved all of Colgate’s product categories and regions and included assignment in France and a unique experience imbedded at a Silicon Valley venture capital company. He holds a BSChe (University of Pennsylvania), MSChE (University of South Carolina), and an MBA from NYU Stern school.

V.T. Rajan

V.T. Rajan

Formerly at IBM’s T.J. Watson Research Center, Consultant to tech companies on data science

Mr. Rajan joined the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center and was at IBM for thirty years after which he consulted for small tech companies in New York City in the area of Data Science. He has extensive experience in designing algorithms to solve problems in areas such as Machine Learning and Statistics. He has deep knowledge of Computer Science, Applied Mathematics and Physics as demonstrated by over 50 papers, 20 patents and several awards for innovation. Prior to joining IBM, worked at the MIT AI Lab. Earlier, he was a professor at NYU in physics. He holds a PhD in physics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Zayde Charles is Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Axovanyx, overseeing the Supply Chain Consulting division. Prior to Axovanyx, she served as a senior executive at Colgate-Palmolive, leading major sourcing, manufacturing, and supply chain initiatives that shaped multi-billion-dollar markets across Europe, Latin America, North America, and Africa/Eurasia. Over her 20-plus-year career, she has driven portfolio simplifications, cost savings, and innovation programs that delivered lasting business impact. Today, she applies that expertise to help organizations strengthen operations, navigate complexity, and achieve sustainable growth—while also mentoring the next generation of leaders to think globally and embrace innovation in their careers.
