Date & Time: March 26 12:00pm – 1:00pm
Location: Alumnae Hall Room 132

Move beyond one-time prompts and learn how to design specialized AI assistants tailored to your teaching and professional workflows.

In this hands-on session, you’ll explore how tools such as Google Gems and Copilot Agents can be used to create purpose-built assistants that help manage course communication, support student questions, organize information, and streamline everyday academic tasks. This is an in-person, interactive workshop — please bring your laptop so you can participate in guided activities and begin building your own assistant.
