Residents will submit gratitude messages through a Google Form to thank the Res B custodial staff. These messages will be printed and displayed on the lobby wall for the custodial team to see. The program highlights community appreciation, encourages residents to recognize behind-the-scenes contributors, and strengthens the culture of respect within the building.
