A behind-the-scenes look at scholarly publishing, from idea to article.
What does it take to turn a final paper or research project into a scholarly article? This presentation will walk students through the process of publishing an article in a scholarly journal, including how to identify and evaluate potential journals, prepare a manuscript for submission, and navigate the peer review process. We will also learn how a Word document becomes a published article findable in databases and by search engines like Google and Google Scholar.
