Global thinking begins with an open mind. Thoughtful and intentional education is the next step.

The Bhisé Center for Global Understanding is an academic partner that elevates critical topics with the world in mind. Fellowships and grants are offered to allow faculty to explore topics that expand our understanding of critical global issues. The Center not only educates students to become global thinkers and leaders but is working to create a knowledge base at Adelphi that increases attention to issues of globalization, equity, colonialism and postcolonialism across the world.
