The Panther eBundle Program at Adelphi University provides student access to new course materials and is now fully in place for Fall 2025.
Beginning in Fall 2025, all enrolled students are automatically included in the program and will receive their required digital or physical course materials in time for the first day of class—making access easier, faster, and more affordable than ever.
How It Works
- Automatic Enrollment: All students registered for courses are automatically enrolled in the Panther eBundle Program each semester. Â
- Easy Access: All required course materials are provided before classes begin—either accessible in Moodle (Adelphi’s Learning Management System) or available for pickup at the campus store.
- Cost Transparency: The cost of required course materials is included in a student’s tuition bill, unless they choose to opt out and purchase materials separately.
- Opt-Out Option: Students who prefer to obtain their course materials independently can opt out each semester by the add/drop deadline.Â
No more worrying about last-minute bookstore runs and surprise textbook costs!
Benefits for Students
- Convenient: No more searching or waiting— with the Panther eBundle, all required materials are available by the first day of class. Digital content appears directly in Moodle (Adelphi’s Learning Management System), and any physical materials are available for on-campus pickup.
- Cost-Saving: Thanks to bulk pricing and university partnerships, Panther eBundle offers significant savings—up to 60 percent compared to traditional textbook purchases.
- Success-Ready: With timely access to the correct materials, students are better prepared to engage in coursework and succeed from day one.
- Flexible:Â Participation is automatic, but students may opt out each semester if they prefer to source materials independently.
- Simple and Budget-Friendly: Panther eBundle offers one transparent cost of $29 per credit hour—regardless of major or course load—making it easier for students to understand and manage their expenses.
Program Cost
The Panther eBundle Program is priced at $29 per credit hour, and the total cost is added to each student’s tuition bill. For example, a 3-credit course is $87, and a 15-credit semester would be $435.
Thanks to University partnerships and bulk pricing, Panther eBundle offers significant cost savings over the traditional purchase of individual course materials.
Opting Out
All students are automatically included in the Panther eBundle Program each semester. However, students who prefer to acquire their own materials may choose to opt out.
- The opt-out process must be completed by the final add/drop deadline of each semester to avoid being charged. Check the academic calendar.
- Opting out applies to all courses for that term; students cannot opt out of individual courses.
- Students who opt out are fully responsible for obtaining their required course materials.
- Students may update their option up until the add/drop deadline.
Student Feedback: A Successful Pilot
Following the Spring 2025 pilot of the Panther eBundle Program, student survey results showed overwhelmingly positive feedback:
