Students will learn about Nutrition, including digestion, metabolism, vitamins and minerals, life cycle Nutrition, and clinical Nutrition, pathophysiology and Nutrition therapy for medical conditions. This includes applying Nutrition knowledge and skills to daily life and the clinical setting.
