Konica Minolta Multi-Functional Printers/Copiers (MFPs)

Konica Minolta Multi-Functional Printers/Copiers (MFPs) have been installed in various departments as part of a University-wide upgrade. Following installation, Konica Minolta representatives will provide training on the copy and scan functions. Additional questions and training can be handled upon request by contacting Konica Minolta Customer Service at 631.845.4393.

MFP Features

  • Scan to your email or google drive from any Campus MFP
  • Send your print and securely retrieve it from any Campus MFP using “Secure Release”
  • Copy/Fax (if fax enabled) your documents

How to Use the MFP

  1. Swipe your Adelphi ID card on the side of the MFP. If your card is not recognized, follow the following steps to register your card and link to your account.
  2. Select functionality.
    • Print Release (can be done at any MFP on-campus)
      1. Select your document(s)
      2. Collect your documents
    • Copy/Fax
    • Scan
  3. Hit the reset button to log out. If you forget to log out, the MFP will automatically log you out after 60 seconds of inactivity.

MFP Toner & Supplies Ordering and Services Calls

Option 1: Send an email to GCS@kmbs.konicaminolta.us including the:

  • machine ID# (from the white sticker on the front of the machine)
  • the quantity of the supplies you need
  • your department and department contact information

Option 2:  Call the service and supplies number at 800.456.5664.  Hit the prompt for supplies order and provide the machine ID#. (If you use this method it is recommended to request a call back when a rep is available)
