Administrative Calendar
The University's administrative calendar outlines the paid holiday schedule for non-union employees.
This calendar is separate from the University’s Academic Calendar.
- Union employees should refer to their respective collective bargaining agreements for holidays and paid time-off details.
- Non-union employees receive four personal days annually. Requests for personal days must be submitted in advance and approved by the supervisor.
- Traditionally, Executive Leadership grants a half a day off before the Thanksgiving and December breaks.
- Access to offices or laboratories during holiday periods must be coordinated in advance with the Department of Public Safety and Transportation.
