The workshop will help participants explore issues, behaviors and practices of white privilege through techniques utilizing nonjudgmental approaches to anti-racism and intercultural competence, particularly in the workplace.
This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Diversity Certificate program for faculty and staff.

Prerequisites: Diversity and Cultural Competence in Higher Education and Addressing Racism
