What the application services, AMCAS, AACOMAS and Addsas require in terms of personal statements, list of growth enhancing activities, letters of recommendation( including how to obtain a committee letter) and what additional pieces of information and forms need to be signed in order to be ready to apply to either a medical or dental school.
