We Are All Carbon Beings, by artist and musician Andrew Moon Bain, depicts a series of jet black beings running through a cosmic backdrop. Displaying stars within their bodies, his figures reference both their self-containment and the inter-relationships of the universe, reflecting the individual’s power within the larger environment. The mural is on view in the Granoff Center’s Upper Lobby through May 2020. Presented by Brown Arts Initiative.
