Veteran Career Panel and Workshop
May is National Military Appreciation Month. As part of our continued efforts to support our armed forces veterans, Adelphi invites you to an engaging evening of career support specifically aimed at the needs and skill sets of our military students and alumni.
Join us as three alumni veterans share their Adelphi stories and their career paths both leading up to and following graduation.
- Kaylenne Brown MS ’19, Executive Chef and Owner, Plant Based Eatz and Owner, Sweat N Swag
- Veronica Klimek MSW ’19, Family Center Counselor, Middle Country Public Library
- Gabriel Buitrago MS ’20, Logistics Consultant, AmerisourceBergen
- Anthony Egan, RN, MS, Director of Clinical Education and Simulation Lab (CESiL), Adelphi University
Following the discussion, members of Adelphi’s award-wining Center for Career and Professional Development will share tips and tricks for writing your cover letter and resume, job searching and interviewing in a virtual world.
This event is open to all members of our Adelphi community.
