Students complete the entire English/Spanish Translation program of study online using the Moodle course management system that allows students to access their studies round-the-clock.
The course work will consist of readings and research assignments, dictionary work, online discussion, exams and extensive practice translations.
Students will be translating a wide variety of material including medical and legal documents, business proposals and reports, academic texts and research and literary works. The program includes study equating to 120 hours of traditional classroom instructions and includes six separate components. Each program component takes approximately five weeks to complete and the entire program can be completed in six months.
