SARAP (Student Appreciation & Recognition of Adelphi Pinoys) and AUSNA (Adelphi University Student Nursing Association) present Tea Talk.

Filipinos are historically and widely known for being the biggest population in nursing all over the world. At this event, we want to celebrate Filipino nurses and teach our communities about the many contributions Filipino nurses make in healthcare.

In collaboration with AUSNA, we will have a “tea talk” with 2 participating Filipino Adelphi nursing professors and Filipino nursing program students on what it means to be a Filipino in nursing. Our guest professors speaking are Dr. Kabigting and Dr. Parajillo. You may recognize them from their respective fundamentals and informatics nursing classes!

This event is open to all Adelphi students regardless of major & background. You do not have to be Filipino to attend! This is a great opportunity to network and inquire about nursing on clinical, educational, and student levels. Our speakers are looking forward to answering your questions!

We will be serving free light refreshments such as drinks and snacks so be sure to stop by! We hope to see you come and chat with us over yummy treats!

Don’t forget to RSVP!

Sponsored by SARAP (Student Appreciation & Recognition of Adelphi Pinoys) and AUSNA (Adelphi University Student Nursing Association). View the event on MyAULife.
