Identify and support students, faculty and staff who identify as a Safe Zone advocate on behalf of the LGBTQ+ community. Through education, advocacy and awareness, be empowered to speak out against homophobia and heterosexism. Contribute to an open campus climate that is safe, accepting and just for all members of the University community.

 

Please note that in order to receive credit for this training, you must be present for the entire duration of the workshop.

 

Required for ALL executive board members of ALL organizations to complete by the end of the academic year. If an E-Board member is unable to attend a session during Student Leadership Week, there will be additional sessions offered throughout the semester. Open to all undergraduate, graduate, and Greek students.
