Spirituality and Mental Health
Being faithful or spiritual doesn’t mean we still don’t struggle. It doesn’t mean we still don’t deal with difficulties, including issues with our mental health. This workshop will feature practices from different faiths to help support and strengthen our mental health.
We will learn from campus faith leaders about ways to lean on our faith to help us when we are struggling. It will also allow us an opportunity to engage in practices we can use to help sustain us not just in times of difficulty, but each and every day.
