Date & Time: March 28 12:00pm – 12:45pm
Location: Alumnae Hall 111A

Every Thursday at 12 noon, we meet for 45 minutes to learn, practice meditation, and engage in conversations. The practices we teach can help you connect with who you are, give you a sense of peace and relaxation, and help you feel closer to the divine.

We are a diverse and affirming Christian community where ancient meditation practices, the Eucharist, and sacraments, along with work for justice, come together in our commitment to be part of a nonviolent movement of love and healing. Whether you identify as straight or LGBTQ+, belong to another spiritual or religious tradition, have questions about spirituality, or are agnostic, we want to welcome and honor you in this community. Our diverse backgrounds of race or ethnicity, sexual orientations, gender identity, or worldviews can enrich each other as we build what Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. called the Beloved Community
