This year’s Summer Leadership Institute topic is Bold Leaders: Empowering Entrepreneurship in Any Field.
Dr. Raghida Abdallah Yassine, assistant professor of management at the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business, will discuss the types of personality traits entrepreneurs have, and how those traits can be an asset to any team.
About the Leadership Certificate Program
The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year.
