The CNPH DEI Council will be hosting a one-time virtual screening of “Racism in Nursing: The African-American Nursing Experience” - which is a film in the Social Injustice series produced and directed by filmmaker Denetra Hampton. Denetra is the dynamic and accomplished founder of For Nurses by Nurses Productions, LLC., a media platform that includes a global health initiative, leadership initiative and film production platform.
Denetra has also graciously agreed to join us for a virtual, 1 hour post screening panel discussion to address the impactful messages conveyed through her healthcare storytelling.
