Date & Time: October 18, 2023 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: Multicultural Center (UC 301)

As a part of LGBTQ+ History Month, The Multicultural Center and Adelphi professors Suraj Uttamchandani, Eric Knee, and Rob Linné invite you to an informal discussion about a research project they are beginning. The researchers are interested in the places that have been important to your LGBTQ+ identity. Where have you found community and support? A particular coffee house or book store, a high school gay/straight alliance, a sports team, or theater group… These queered spaces are important and offer an exciting area for study. The researchers look forward to feedback on the research study and will be recruiting participants at the event.

If you would prefer to attend virtually, please join us on Zoom.
