About the Presenter

Amy Vigliotti, PhD, is a child and adult psychologist, active meditator, and founder of the private group therapy practice, SelfWorks. She is also an adjunct faculty member of Adelphi University, providing supervision to early career mental health professionals. You can find Amy and her therapy dog Zilla doing therapy and meditation training in her Flatiron suite. Outside of the office, Amy facilitates workshops on mindfulness and healthy living, with her CD, Unwind: Guided Relaxation (available on Amazon, Spotify and iTunes).
