Participants the Personal Storytelling in Leadership workshop will:

  • Understand the significance of one’s values, history, and experiences will have in their leadership role and style
  • Learn about the history of storytelling in leadership
  • Learn the key components of a good and not-so-good stories and hear examples
  • Workshop their own stories
  • Practice their stories with fellow participants

Presented by Kate Cartagena

In order to complete the Leadership Certificate Program, students must complete 6 workshops in total over the Fall and Spring semester, in addition to completing 2 trainings (C.O.R.E and SafeZone).
