The Safe Center LI will be partnering with the New York State Children’s Alliance for a virtual 5K walk/run benefiting the Child Advocacy Center of Nassau County.
The Safe Center LI’s mission is to protect, assist and empower victims of family violence and sexual assault while challenging and changing social systems that tolerate and perpetuate abuse.
We are excited to be able to continue this crucial work through 2022 One Too Many Virtual 5K on September 16-18. 1 in 10 children will be abused before their 18th birthday. One child abused is one too many. Your support can help make a difference and help The Safe Center’s CAC as they work to end child abuse and provide children in crisis with free support, services, and hope for the future.
