Ensemble members will present an exploration of the culture and history behind the music of Nobuntu.

This will be an in-depth description of Nobuntu’s music, the ensemble’s history and their culture. Participants will learn about the history of this music in Africa, specifically in southern Africa. They will discuss and demonstrate the cultural origins, its relevance to the ensemble’s culture, and how this music differs or compares to other forms of a cappella music.
