College can bring up a number of challenges around food and body image. Many college students struggle in silence. With the high prevalence of weight stigma and diet culture, it can be hard to know what to believe.

This presentation will offer information on eating disorder prevention, recognizing disordered eating, and how to practice self-care around nutrition and body-image. We will challenge diet culture myths, discuss tips for navigating nutrition in college life, and provide guidance on how to seek help for yourself or a loved one.
