Give yourself to gift of resting in the present moment with our weekly Mindfulness Meditation groups. Let your mind and body release the stress and tension we carry and arrive fully in the here and now. Let go of your projecting into the future or worrying about the past. 

Groups meet throughout the fall semester on Tuesday at 12PM -12:30PM and Thursday at 10AM – 10:30AM.
