Managing Conflict in the Workplace (Leadership and Management Certificate)
Conflict is inevitable in an ever-changing workplace. The ability to not only manage conflict but to use it to the department’s advantage is a skill that few have acquired.
During this workshop participants will understand their own conflict style, understand the different ways people behave in a conflict situation, and learn how to effectively address workplace conflict.
