Littmann Classic III Stethoscope Raffle

The winner would be emailed. Pick-up is ON CAMPUS ONLY.

Please follow the instructions to enter the raffle:

1. Go to the American Cancer Association Relay for Life Donation page for AUSNA
2. In the “How much would you like to donate”, type in $5.
3. Check “I choose at add $0.28….”, this will cover the fees.
4. Enter payment info
5. After submitting the donation, fill out this form.
