The developer and facilitator of Adelphi University Lean Sigma Academy is Dr. Alan Cooper, Clinical Associate Professor, Management. Alan has over 25 years of experience in the area of strategic organizational transformation, with a specific focus on organization development (OD), customer experience and change management.
