Successfully navigating supply chain management has become vital in modern times. Learn from Dr. Eunji Lim how to develop the leadership skills necessary for management in this critical field. After a brief overview of supply chain management, we will discuss various challenges that leaders face when managing supply chains.
Dr. Eunji Lim received her Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University, and her B.S. in Mathematics and Electrical Engineering from KAIST. She has taught various courses in operations, supply chain management, and business analytics. Her research interests lie in simulation-based decision making for operations and supply chain management.
The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
