Emotional intelligence (EQ) is the ability to control feelings and use them to guide your own actions. This also includes being empathetic to others and developing successful interpersonal relationships. In this workshop featuring Dr. Raghida Yassine, you will gain a better understanding of self-management and self-awareness. This in turn will give you better insight and control over your actions and emotions.

The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
