The potential for success increases dramatically when people can work effectively as teams. Positive Psychology offers insight into how to increase our individual and collective potential by identifying and operating from a position of personal strength. This workshop explores the characteristics of good teams and the notion of positive teamwork in achieving team goals.
The Leadership Certificate program, a joint effort between the Center for Career and Professional Studies, the Center for Student Involvement, and the Willumstad School of Business, is free and open to all undergraduate and graduate students at Adelphi. Students are welcome to join our community on Moodle at any point in the school year.
