Conflict is a constant reality, which presents leaders with both challenges and opportunities to navigate in their teams, those they serve, and within themselves. This workshop will provide students the opportunity to identify their own conflict management style, as well as provide building blocks and strategies to successfully navigate and get more comfortable with conflict!
