Leadership Certificate Program: “Leading Through Change: Utilizing Restorative Practices to Lead Your Organization Through Change”

Does change sometimes scare you? Does it scare those around you? Join Assistant Vice President and Dean of Students, Dean Williams from Michigan State University in developing innovative ways, using restorative practices, to think and go beyond traditional methods. Learn how to motivate and inspire others through mutual trust and engagement.

The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
