Leadership Certificate Program: Leadership is a Mindset: Equity, Flexibility, and Trust in Leadership

Join us for an exciting leadership workshop presented by Ray James, an accomplished educator with over seven years of experience serving K-12 and collegiate communities. In this workshop, Mr. James will explore the idea of leadership as a mindset, and the ways we must keep issues of access and social justice, authenticity, and compassion at the forefront of our work as leaders.

The Leadership Certificate program, a joint effort between the Center for Career and Professional Studies, the Center for Student Involvement, and the Willumstad School of Business,  is free and open to all undergraduate and graduate students at Adelphi. Students are welcome to join our community on Moodle at any point in the school year.
