Leadership Certificate Program: “Imagine with Improv: Leadership Skills for Thinking on Your Feet”

Looking to step out of your comfort zone and jump into the skin you’re in? Welcome to “Imagine with Improv” – an immersive hands on workshop intended to familiarize participants with the famous acting technique of improvisation. As young leaders, students will engage in role play scenarios and group activities that place emphasis on thinking on your feet, working together as an ensemble, and using public speaking and active listening skills. Elevate your leadership skills to a new level, by learning how to be prepared for anything, even when you’re least expecting it. 

The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
