Leadership Certificate Program: “Critical Client Services Skills for Leaders”

Learn from banking and real estate professional Cynthia Sirico on how to forge business partnerships and develop critical client service skills.

The Leadership Certificate Program (LCP) offers Adelphi undergraduate and graduate students opportunities to develop leadership and professional skills. Participants attend workshops on a wide variety of topics during the course of the year. There will be a mix of in-person and virtual workshops, with at least six offered each semester.
