Leadership Certificate Program: Communication Skills & Working with Difficult People

Learn how to understand what kind of communication skills you have and how to work with other people, no matter their personality or how they prefer to communicate. Understand the difference between being passive, assertive and aggressive, plus how body language and vocal tone can revamp how your message comes across.

The Leadership Certificate program, a joint effort between the Center for Career and Professional Studies, the Center for Student Involvement, and the Willumstad School of Business,  is free and open to all undergraduate and graduate students at Adelphi. Students are welcome to join our community on Moodle at any point in the school year.
