This event is an open collaborative discussion about mental health awareness, stigmas involved with it, and how we can defy those stigmas in the Punjabi community and respectively in other areas as well. Kaabu is an organization well known for their ability to spread awareness on mental health in our community. This event is open to everyone in the Adelphi community and others.
